Hi, I'm Brad Baker. I like to call myself a "reformed" sports executive. Almost everyone I encounter in this industry has some horror story of a toxic work environment or a Producer who screams feedback at them. Some broadcast "coaches" relish in the idea of "tough love" and breaking people down. That's gross. And that ain't me. I have no agenda other than seeing YOU succeed. And you won't succeed if you're down on yourself, low in confidence, or wondering if it's the last time you'll get to be on the air. My approach is always to build you up. There's no need to ever "break someone down" in order to build them up; being consciousness-forward and building on accomplishments is the magic formula, and it works every time. Why? Science. And we'll talk more about that once you're on the squad. After all, I -AM- Undefeated.
